The 31st Annual General Meeting (2022-2024) of the Barvida Executive Council was held on December 29, 2024 (7:00 PM-11:00 PM) at a convention center in the capital.

The meeting was presided over by Barvida President Md. Habib Ullah Don. Members of the organization from all over the country, including Dhaka and Chittagong, participated spontaneously. About 15 members discussed the future activities of Barvida in detail with Barvida President Habib Ullah Don.

The President expressed his sincere thanks and gratitude to the members present for attending the annual general meeting despite the winter and business busyness. The members present at the AGM spontaneously applauded the minutes of the previous year’s AGM, the annual report of the Secretary General, the audit report for the year (2023-2024) and the approval of the budget and appointments for the coming year.

The EC leaders including the Auditor, President, Secretary General and others for the financial year 2024-2025 answered various open-ended questions from the general members. Outgoing President Don assured of continued efforts to fulfill the demands of the members. He pledged to work hand in hand with the newly elected President. Finally, President Habib Ullah Don thanked everyone and declared the meeting closed.
