TEHRAN (WSN24) – Iran has not yet reached a decision regarding the sending of a negotiating delegation to Islamabad, emphasizing that discussions will not occur while the US naval blockade is still in place
Information gathered by WSN24 suggests that communication between Iran and the United States has persisted in recent days via a Pakistani intermediary, following the completion of the initial round of negotiations.
These communications represent a continuation of the same process that occurred during the first round of discussions—a process that ultimately collapsed due to the Americans’ unreasonable demands and aspirations.
Since the conclusion of those negotiations, the Pakistani intermediary has continued to facilitate the exchange of messages between the two parties during this recent period.
The Iranian negotiating team has emphasized that as long as US President Donald Trump’s announcement regarding a naval blockade of Iran is in effect, negotiations will not take place.
