IRAN WORLD WAR: Putin Acknowledges the Message from Ayatollah Khamenei

TEHRAN (WSN24) – During a meeting with Iran’s foreign minister, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that Moscow will take all necessary actions that align with the interests of Iran, following a communication from the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyed Mojtaba Khamenei

On Monday, April 27, Putin engaged in discussions with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi in St. Petersburg.

Putin expressed that Russia is prepared to undertake all actions that align with Iran’s interests concerning the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.

“We will do everything within our power to support your interests, as well as the interests of all the peoples in the region, to achieve peace as swiftly as possible,” Putin conveyed to Araqchi, as reported by RIA Novosti.

Putin also mentioned that he had received a message from the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyed Mojtaba Khamenei, who wished for the Leader’s health and prosperity.

“We genuinely hope that, with this courage and aspiration for independence, the Iranian people will, under the guidance of a new Leader, navigate through this challenging period and that peace will prevail,” he remarked.

In response, Araqchi expressed gratitude to Moscow for its support of Tehran. He praised the relationship between the two nations and emphasized that it will continue to strengthen. The foreign minister also stated that Iran will persist in its resistance against US aggression.

Araqchi asserted that it has been demonstrated to the entire world that the Iranian people, through their resilience and bravery, have successfully resisted the US war of aggression and will endure this challenging period.

Prior to the discussions, Araqchi indicated his intention to talk with Russia about coordinating efforts to resolve the conflict in the Middle East.

Araqchi arrived in Russia following visits to Pakistan and Oman.
