Syria’s furnished resistance says its warriors have caught the capital, Damascus, and that President Bashar al-Assad has escaped the country.
The authority of Hayat Tahrir al-Hoax, Abu Mohammed al-Julani, says all state foundations will stay under the management of al-Assad’s head of the state until they are given over formally.
